Federal Programs
The Federal Programs Office is committed to providing support to the Woodlawn School District Title I schools in the effort to improve student acheivement and ensure that our students are proficient in meeting Arkansas State Standards, achieve growth, and become prepared for a successful future.
The Federal Program Coordinator provides technical assistance when guiding schools in efforts to apply effective practices for both the fiscal and programmatic requirements of the implementation of federal programs. Communication efforts are maintained during the program planning and implementation stages.
Title I Annual Parent Engagement Meeting

Woodlawn School District will hold its annual Title I Parent Engagement meeting before the start of the regular monthly Woodlawn Board of Education meeting and following the above Report to the Public meeting scheduled to occur on Monday, October 19, 2020 starting at 7:00 p.m. The Title I meeting will be located in the administration building.
During the Title I, Part A meeting parents will be provided information about Title I services and programs within Woodlawn Elementary, Title I Schoolwide School and the Woodlawn High School, Title I Targeted Assistance School. Title I is the largest of the federal aid programs that allocates money to school districts based on income levels of families in each school.
